Philip has over 30 years of senior management experience including ten years working for the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations and has gained awards from the Fijian government for his innovative approaches to processing sea cucumbers, the technology later being adopted by Australia and New Zealand. Philip has a profound knowledge and well-established international network in Asia Pacific and has also worked with the Ministry for Primary Industries of Queensland Australia to formalise the management tools for Australian sea cucumber resources of Great Barrier Reef.
