In this 15-minute chart of Stellar/ Euro (XLM/ EUR), there is a depreciating range from 0.047717 to 0.045210.
There is then an appreciating range from 0.045210 to 0.046113.
During the appreciation, we can see the market traded as high as the 0.46113 area (identified by the red down arrow), just below the 0.04616674 level that represents the 38.2% retracement of the depreciating range.
The market then depreciated to the 0.045407 area (identified by the blue up arrow), just below the 0.045423108 level that represents the 76.4% retracement of the appreciating range.
The market continues to appreciate.
Using Slow Stochastics, we can observe the slope of Stochastics K turned negative after peaking around the 0.046113 level. We can also observe the slope of Stochastics K turned positive after trading as low as the 0.045407 level.
