One of the biggest crypto platforms in the world, Binance is getting ready to ship its physical Binance Visa cards to Europe.

In an announcement earlier this week on the 14th of December, the exchange revealed that uses in the European economic area province will soon be receiving their physical cards for the platform.

This means that customers that have already pre-ordered the card will now complete the delivery process in their card wallet.

As the exchange gets ready to launch the card to the European economic area, they have included support service for Ethereum as a payment option on the crypto debit card. Users will now be able to use this digital asset as a means of payment through the card.

The platform has highlighted, “Simply transfer Ethereum to your Card wallet and drag it above the other coins to make it the preferred payment asset.”

This card was officially announced by the platform early this year in July and at first offered virtual Binance cards. In an announcement at a time, the exchange said:

You have the option to get both the physical and virtual forms of the Binance Visa Card. For those who want a physical card, we will process these within the next couple of months.

It will be interesting to see how successful this Binance Visa card is in the near future. Ever since it was announced that this card would become a reality though, the exchange has been heavily marketing the product. Furthermore, the platform is getting ready to expand on a global scale and launch the card in countries such as Russia and outside of Europe.
