Konstantin Anissimov
Konstantin began his career in engineering at Don Electronics, where he gained in-depth technical skills, later moving on to sales. He engaged in product development with the following presentation of said products at exhibitions.
Since 2012 Konstantin worked at 4B Group, arriving at the position of CTO in 2013. His responsibilities involved defining business strategies, overseeing sales and negotiations, engaging in full-scale product development and release, as well as conducting training seminars for clients. Worked across several markets: UK, China, France, Germany, South East Asia, Australia, and South Africa.
Signed a contract with one of the biggest OEMs in the world by successfully pitching and leading the development of a bespoke monitoring system. The OEM later became the most significant electronics account for 4B Group’s UK office, contributing 55% of the annual revenue in electronics sales.
In 2018 Konstantin achieved 64% revenue growth for the 4B Group’s UK department, greatly exceeding average revenue growth of 25% year-on-year during the previous five years. Co-managed the establishment of the 4B subsidiary in China in the same year.
In 2017-2018 Konstantin acted as the CTO for the Autilla Link project - a start-up business that explored the idea of tracking physical gold via blockchain. He was in charge of building and delivering the MVP (proof of concept) solution. Released the prototype, utilizing a combination of cloud computing and Ethereum blockchain. The prototype successfully passed the evaluation by all the key stakeholders in the physical gold supply chain: mines, refineries, logistics companies, and vaults.
In 2020 joined CEX.IO in the position of executive director. His area of responsibility includes customer relationships with institutional and VIP-clients, overseeing the creation of the company’s development strategy, new products, markets and partnerships. As a member of the board of directors, Konstantin is also responsible for corporate governance.
